Bad/Strange Day...

Right before it was time for church, it started storming. Not sprinkling, but sheets of rain. My family got to church, and sat down. We then found out the preacher wasn't there today, and decided to sneak out the back before services. The reason for sneaking out is that a different preacher won't let people out until 12:30--normal time is 11:25. Due to the fact that it was only 9:45 the only person there was the organist, and he'll think he's remembered wrong, and that we weren't even there.

Since Mom and the umbrella were too slow, I ran to the car. My side was locked for some reason, so I ran to Mom, got the umbrella and got in. Amazingly, I was not wet except for one drop of water on my pants.

Mom says I ran in between the drops. How? Not a clue. Especially since I stood in the rain for about a minute. (My hair wasn't the slightest bit damp.)

Mom then bought roast beef sandwiches from Arby's. Mom and I were the only ones who ate them--now, we are very sick. I was laying on the couch for 4 hours, trying not to get sick. (Mom went to bed for a few hours.) Either someone changed the recipe for roast beef sandwiches, or it's something else. Stomach is still iffy, but at least I can sit at the computer.

Note to self: Never ever eat at Arby's again. The food will kill.

Also, Yahoo seemed messed up for most of the day. I think it's working again for me now, though.

ETA: And I just remembered that the ship_manifesto essay is due tomorrow. I just need to get someone to make the banner and it will be finished.
