Fanfic Progress List...

I was going through my Greatestjournal friends list and spotted a post at find_a_pb that I thought I would try to help with. Does anyone know of someone that could work for a 19 year old Storm? The best I could come up with was Freema Agyeman.

And here’s a list of the Doctor Who drabbles/fanfics I’m either currently writing or am going to write soon, just so I won’t lose track of anything:

-I’m going to write the sequel (requested by persiflage_1) to the Martha goes dancing with Jack drabble. I had the ridiculous idea of them going back to the Hub after a drink and another dance...and being interrupted over and over again by the rest of the Torchwood staff’s sex lives. And Myfanwy begging to be fed, clanging her huge food bowl pitifully for attention. Martha thinks it's cute, while Jack is vaguely annoyed. (I blame you, Sean--thank you for the idea.) That might not end up in the final product unless you want it there, but I’ll try to get them together by the end.

-I’ll write the Ouija board drabble sequel for elliptic_eye. Raise your hand if you want the Master's spirit haunting the TARDIS, and causing a bit of harmless mayhem? Finished.

-Write the banana pudding story with Jack, Martha and the Tenth Doctor that combines a few prompts from various sources, including becky_writing. If I’m able to get all of it written by the due date of January 2nd in between dentist appointments and other random mayhem, I will. Otherwise, it might be a tiny bit late. Finished

-For the Characters of Colour Multi-Fandom Lovefest over at choc_fic. The prompt: "Martha/Ten: an alien planet with odd customs - "Actually, I am pretty awesome!"" Due February 28th, and at least 100 words.

-For the Characters of Colour Multi-Fandom Lovefest over at choc_fic. The prompt: “Doctor Who/Highlander, Methos/Martha Jones: time travel - surprise.” Due February 29th, and at least 100 words.


Oh, also? I managed to get Resurrections and Conflagrations uploaded to A Teaspoon and an Open Mind yesterday. It just took a lot of work because the coding for paragraph breaks messed up a few times, leaving me with quadruple spacing rather than double. Eventually I might upload a few other things I’ve written to the archive, just in case LJ ever goes down again.

"Martha/Ten: an alien planet with odd customs - "Actually, I am pretty awesome!"" Due February 28th.

It will be at least 100 words. Almost picked the one that was due the 29th, which was this: “Doctor Who/Highlander, Methos/Martha Jones: time travel - surprise.” I considered having Martha a pre-Immortal, and finding out she was adopted.

She could keep Jack company in the not dying department, as long as she keeps her head by learning how to use a sword...

Ah, well. Since it’s 100 words at the very least, I can probably do both.
