Ficathon Assignments, Their Due Dates, And More...

First, here’s a list of the fanfics I’ll be writing, and their due dates.

-For a ficathon hosted at smith_n_jones, I’m writing a fanfic where Martha and the Doctor are stuck in 1969. I can’t provide any details of the specific assignment right now, since I’m writing it for someone else--rest assured, though, it will definitely be cracky. Due February 15th.

-For the Characters of Colour Multi-Fandom Lovefest over at choc_fic. The prompt: “Doctor Who/Highlander, Methos/Martha Jones: time travel - surprise.” Due February 29th, and at least 100 words. This is the fanfic where I’m planning to make Martha an Immortal--and thanks to the poll, Amanda will definitely be her teacher.

And now, here’s an interesting post from over at doctorwho. Basically, you comment with a bit about yourself, and people comment with which character from the Doctor Who fandom that you’re most like. Someone thinks I’m most like Sally Sparrow, which I never would have expected--but I think it's nice, since I loved her character. And, if you feel like saying if I’m like a certain character, my comment is here.

In other news, we’re getting a bit of a snowstorm. And, according to the local news, there have been 52 accidents on I-24 in the last few hours alone. One odd person reportedly decided to go around it all, and rode a bicycle across the ice. No word on whether or not they survived.
