LJ is taking nominations for the LJ Advisory Board, and Squeaky (from Insanejournal) has thrown his hat into the ring.

A new post at scans_daily has a scene that includes one of Kitty Pryde’s worst costumes ever. It only lasted a panel, for which the world should be thankful. It included a tiara—and what looks like a towel with a bunch of rhinestones. Oh, and pink leggings.

Ted Key, creator of Peabody and Sherman, has died at the age of 95. May he rest in peace. I think the Peabody and Sherman cartoon might have been on Weinerville, or some other Nickelodeon show at some point in the 80's or 90's.

And ComicMix has listed their ideas for the worst worst movies adapted from comic books. Generation X, and the Justice League of America movie should have been included—and I think a few comments mention that, too. The only one listed that I actually like is League of Extraordinary Gentlemen—one case where I hated the comic because it was so graphic, and liked the movie.
