Robert Lynn Aspirin has died, at the age of 62. While I’ve never read any of his books, I have heard good things about them, and I think the local used bookstore used to have a few things written by him. May he rest in peace.

Also, Steven Curtis Chapman's 5 year old daughter died the day before yesterday in a tragic accident. (Her brother accidentally backed over her as he pulled his car out of the driveway, from what I've read.) May she rest in peace. Mom used to babysit Chapman (the older one, not any of the kids) when he was little, and he apparently went to our church long, long ago.

For those interested, I managed to find part of an episode of Welcome Freshmen over on Youtube. The quality is awful, but it’s all I’ve found. I also managed to find the old Kenan and Kel movie called Two Heads Are Better Than None. You can find all the parts here. I still haven’t found the Clarissa Explains It All spin-off/tv movie called Clarissa, Now.

In other news, for those interested in voting I’ve made a poll about what PB looks best for Catseye, since I found quite a few other ideas that could work. You can find it here, over on IJ.
