Computer Issue

The infamous blue screen of death briefly made another appearance—this time, I saw it. For the next few minutes after that, I tried to restart the computer. And when I did, I got this message: “unmountable_boot_volume.” I didn’t know what that meant, but soon after I got this message, which I understood: “Operating System not found.” Dad and I got it into Safe Mode, and turned it off from there. Restarted again, and for the last few hours, at least, it’s seemed fine. I have everything I need on the external hard drive just in case it isn’t.

In other news, tomorrow I go to the dentist for my check-up. I believe it was originally canceled because it was supposed to be soon after I got out of the hospital. We’ll see what two and a half weeks of being stuck in a hospital bed without brushing did—of course, since I didn’t have anything other than soup, it might be okay. Wish me luck.
