Author’s Notes: This was written for the Support Stacie Auction. wendymr and the Shadow Proclamation won me, and my prompt was the following: “The final 10 minutes of Journey’s End: Jack, Rose, Donna and the Duplicate Doctor gang up on Ten to make him change his mind about running away from everyone. OT3 conclusion, with or without the Duplicate and Donna on the scene, would be lovely.”

( It began not with a scream, but with a single Noble slap to the cheek. Had the Doctor seen Donna’s face moments before, he would have known to take three steps back and run. )

Power Outage, Plus Cat Related News

Shortly after I posted A Slap Is Worth A Thousand Words—maybe around 9:10 AM--the power went out. After maybe an hour and a half, it came back on. Apparently, half of Paducah was without power due to at least three transformers exploding. Every so often, I hear fire trucks going somewhere. And from what I understand, while everyone around them was without power, Pizza Inn wasn't. Even they don't know why.

Regarding the Support Stacie fanfic, I posted it over at doctor_donna--and once it’s approved at Teaspoon, it will be there, too. Does anyone think I should post it at lifeonmartha or betterwiththree?

The next thing I need to write is the fanfic for spook_me, using the prompts I mentioned over here. It will likely be something involving Donna, Martha, Jack, and the Doctor, but I haven’t settled on a plot yet.

In cat related news, she’s eating as much as she can. She also stretched and scratched a chair, and ran across the street to use the bathroom. Rather than use the litter box. So I guess she’s feeling better. She’s also purring, which she hadn’t done since a few days ago, due to not feeling well.
