The Time For Nominations

On the Yuletide front, I’ve nominated these fandoms: Crimson Peak (2015) (with Alan, Lucille, Edith, and Thomas), Penny Dreadful (Bartholomew Rusk, Sembene, Hecate, and Renfield), and Dracula-Bram Stoker (Jonathan Harker, Mina Harker, Van Helsing, and Lucy Westenra).

Happily, someone else agreed to nominate (and then did so, based on the nomination confirmation post) Lady Beatrice Sharpe, Pamela Upton, Margaret McDermott, and Enola Sciotti for Crimson Peak.

So if anyone out there is just drawing a blank on a third fandom to nominate, please consider nominating Dracula—Bram Stoker, just so the rest of the characters can pop up: that would be Arthur, Quincey Morris, John Seward, and Dracula. Or even Renfield.

As I had a moment where I wrestled with a choice and almost did away with my Penny Dreadful nomination, please also consider nominating The Innocents (1961) if anyone has space. I read The Turn of the Screw and followed it up with watching that prior to nominations opening, and would love to see it.

(I also see people nominating Ghostbusters (2016), but haven’t spotted anyone adding Ghostbusters (1984) as of yet.)
