1 - If you want to be interviewed, leave a comment.
2 - I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 - You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 - You'll include this explanation.
5 - You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

The questions from [personal profile] cereta (and their answers) are next.

1. You're presented with someone who has never heard of Buffy/Angel/the whole ME-verse. You've got five minutes to explain to them why they should take time out of their lives to experience it. What do you say?
I would probably describe the wonderful character development and storylines. Let them decide for themselves whether or not they think they would like it.

2. What is it about on-line role playing that appeals to you? How does it differ from traditional fiction writing?
Mostly the chance to write for one character only. That's probably also the main difference from fanfic writing. If you can't write for a certain character, then you just don't play that character. It's also very interesting to think of ways they could change from how they were portrayed in the shows.

3. Judging by your birthday, you're just old enough to be looking at a new crop of teenagers with some distance. What's one piece of advice you wish someone had given you when you were 18?
The only advice for a younger, 18 year old me that I can think of would probably be this: Don't be such a picky eater, as within 2 years you'll be in the hospital with anemia. Eat vegetables.

4. If you could get everyone in your life to read one book, whether because you think it's important or just because you think they'd enjoy it, what would it be, and why?
I honestly don't know. I'm a bookaholic, and love to read a lot of genres of books. But if they had to read one book? Probably The Dracula Tape by Fred Saberhagen. It's Dracula's point of view, and makes him seem like the victim.

5. You've done a number of ship_manifesto essays. Let's reverse that: is there a pairing that occurs commonly in fanfic that you either just don't see or actively dislike? Why?
Oh, this is definitely the easiest question. The answer is yes. If I made a list of pairings I hate? Willow/Kennedy would be at the very top of that list. (It's not that common in fanfic, thank goodness. It's just one that I really don't like.)
