Looks like Greatestjournal’s page no longer no longer has a 404 message. So if anyone needs to save anything from there, now’s the time to do it before it’s gone again. On January 30th, though, the Greatestjournal server will close for good. I’ll probably run and grab things from the old find_a_pb group.

From Den of Geeks: 19 underrated sequels that deserve another chance. I never knew that Back to the Future Part III was underrated.

And thanks to everyone that's voted in in the fanfic title poll so far. It will close tomorrow morning--currently, the one in the lead with 11 votes is Let’s Do The Time Warp Again.

In other news, I found out that my local library had the two Doctor Who movies from the 60’s, that starred Peter Cushing, so I’ve just now checked them out.

RIP, Ricardo Montalban

Another sad day for Trek fans. Ricardo Montalban—the actor best known as Khan on Star Trek, and Mr. Roarke on Fantasy Island—has passed away in his home today, at the age of 88. The cause of death is currently undisclosed, but I do know that he had been ill for a long time. May he rest in peace. I think this is just a bad year for Star Trek related actors.

Sidenote: I was so close to titling this post “KHAAAANNNN!!!!” but chose not to.
