Link Round-Up
Feb. 26th, 2009 10:05 amPhilip José Farmer has passed away, at the age of 91. May he rest in peace. For some strange reason, I thought he had passed away a few years ago. I think I only read a few of Farmer’s novels—mostly Tarzan Alive, and The Other Log of Phileas Fogg, as the latter involved Sherlock Holmes. I also watched part of the Sci-Fi Channel mini-series of Riverworld, but that was just because it was one of the last things Kevin Smith (Ares, from Hercules) was in. I know I loved reading through the Wold Newton Universe website every so often for a while there.
