The polls for the [community profile] multific Finish-A-Thon have all been posted, and the poll with all my story ideas is here. For those in the Finish-A-Thon, they can vote for two options. For everyone else, only one. If you want to vote for other people’s prompts, you can find links to each poll here.

Another disadvantage to losing all the trees in the yard? No place for the cat to climb to hide when Toby finally goes insane and decides to try to tear her throat out. He tried this morning for the first time ever after escaping his yard--Dad wrestled him to the ground when Toby had her cornered against a bush and saved her, while I got her inside.

She’s okay, she’s just a bit traumatized, and staying with Dad. She’s made it clear that she’ll only go outside if Dad goes with her. Toby first escaped around 6:20 AM, and the cat went outside, slapped him (his response was wagging his tail, and bouncing) across the face twice, and then Dad took him back to his fence. He escaped again around 6:45, and that’s when he went after her. Maybe it was vengeance? I honestly don’t know, since he likes it when she slaps him, and they are (or were) best friends. He’s currently chained up so he can’t escape again, and Rhonda’s (who is shocked, and also said she thought they were best friends) considering making the fence just a little taller.

In other news, for those that are interested it looks like [profile] noscans_daily is considering starting a book club/discussion with graphic novels. You can vote for which they’ll settle on here.

And as previously mentioned, you can vote for the fic prompt that I'll eventually write for the Finish-A-Thon over in this poll. As of this moment, it looks like option #3 is winning--but that could change at any point, as the poll is open for a week.
