Access Denied

So far, I cannot get to these sites: Clique Clack, Demonoid, That Guy With The Glasses, Insanejournal. Every other site that I frequent appears to be fine. I don’t know what’s going on, since Down For Everyone Or Just You says all four are up. And I’m still receiving notifications from Insanejournal, I just can’t get to it. Anyone else having any problems? It’s been like this since yesterday. The message is merely "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."

I tested it in Chrome, and get an “Oops! We couldn’t open this page,” so whatever is going on isn’t just IE, and it isn’t PC Tools.

Also, I need a good, well-lit, large screencap of Wolfram and Hart’s files and records room, for seandc. So far, I’ve only found screencaps that are pitch black, or too blurry/stretched to make anything out. Or one that was too small for him to use. It would have been featured in Angel, season 3’s Dad, and season 4’s Home.
